Zillow is a darling of social media, with thousands of fans sharing how they use the platform to research dream homes or look up their crush’s parents’ house. Zillow wanted to harness this initial buzz by launching its own TikTok account. But with trends changing daily on the platform they needed help getting their footing.
We provided the marketing team with a TikTok 101 to ground themselves and higher-ups in the platform, shared best-in-class examples and evergreen trends, established a clear platform strategy, and created concepts for initial series and posts to get their team started. The result is a platform-savvy, fan-favorite account and hub for UGC.
